Downloads
All downloads provided on producerplanet.com are 100 percent legal. we provide various sample packs recorded and compiled by different providers worldwide. After purchasing on our site you receive full royalty use for home and commercial productions.
Download issues
If you for any reason having problems downloading your files dont hesitate to contact us. we always have a backup server (mirror) available. We will then create a personal FTP account for you where you can download your products.
Download Format
Our download formats are compressed zip files or RAR files or Self extracting EXE rar archives. we recommend installing winrar for pc based systems or UnRarx on MAC based systems.
Download Links
The download links will be available instanly after purchase with Credit Card, IDEAL or your Paypal funds, you will find them in your account. the links will be active for 7 days maximum or 15 downloads. after this the links will expire for security reasons. Links are not available untill your payment has been fully received.
Download tracking system
We have a download tracking system implemented which will be used to see if you as our customer have downloaded all parts of the purchased products. we also see how many times you have download a specific part. if you are having troubles downloading your products please contact us here
CD or DVD
If you still having troubles with your downloads also after we have created an personal FTP account for you there is a posibility of having your products burned to cd or dvd. we charge a small postage fee for this depending where you live.
Securtity
Your ip address will be logged whenever you place an order with us for security reasons. This ip address will be used for investigation only if your account has been reported with fraudulent activity.
Payments
Payments can be made securely through Credit Card / Paypal, or for our Dutch customers with IDEAL via Mollie, its also possible to choose manual Bank Wire Transfer. If you choose for manual bank wire transfer the download links will come avaiable after your payment has been completely received in our bank account.
Refund Policy
Because we provide a digital product (download) it is not possible to give a refund in any way. This is because the purchased product cannot be returned. Once the product is downloaded this order cannot be cancelled anymore.
Account Registration
Account registration is not required with us if you have a Credit Card or Paypal account. If you however choose to register you will be asked to give some details on order to identify you as our customer.
Privacy
When you create an account with us you have to accept our privacy policy in order to proceed registration. Also if you checkout without registration you agree to accept our privacy policy.
