Q1. How do i install the samples after i have downloaded all parts?
A1.
- First you need to install the free version of Winrar if you have a PC Windows based system or a free version of UnRarX if you are using a MAC system. Click here to download winrar or click here to download UnRarX
- Then create a directory calles producerplanet on your harddrive. for example C:producerplanet
- Download all parts into your created directory so all parts are in the same dir.
- Extract the first part and the rest will extract automatically.
Q2. Are your downloads legal ?
A2. Yes, all of our downloads are 100 % legal from providers/suppliers all over the world. all providers/suppliers receive royalties over their sold products here on producerplanet.com
Q3. in what format are your samples ?
A3. Most of our samples are in WAV format which is supported by almost all music productions software. But some formats like midi, rex, refills, sf2 soundfonts etc are sometimes also included. if so this is mentioned in the products description.
Q4. Can i get a refund if i dont like the samples i bought?
A4. Because we provide a digital product (download) it is not possible to give a refund in any way. This is because the purchased product cannot be returned. Once the product is downloaded this order cannot be cancelled.
